We are a company that is financed through our own customers by:

  • Keeping customers first in our hearts
  • Practical actions in our brains
  • Fiscal responsibility in our financial statements
  • Smart solutions in our products and services
  • And quality staff that love what they do

With best of class event calendaring and information distribution solutions using the Internet.

Active Data Exchange was founded in 1999 as a spin-off of Regional Network Communications, which built and operated 13 community web sites in partnership with the Media News Group, owner of the Oakland Tribune, and other newspapers across the country. The technologies used to capitalize the content management, events calendar, and content syndication software that was developed to power community web sites was transformed into the Active Data Exchange product suite.

We provide web-based event calendaring and syndication solutions to streamline the communications and room scheduling process using the Internet.  Our corporate vision is to act as the central repository of event data and information and to provide our customers the ability to aggregate and export data to disparate platforms across the enterprise.  As a technology provider, Active Data Exchange partners with our customers in achieving these goals through open client feedback, robust product features and quality customer service.

Active Data Exchange has extensive knowledge with using web-based solutions to create operational efficiencies and extend the value of web-based communications.  Our user interfaces have received rave reviews from our clients, and our easy wizard driven processes promote usage of our software where other systems went under-utilized or totally unused.

As an authorized Microsoft Gold Certified Independent Software Vendor solution, Active Data Exchange is a minority-owned, woman-owned business enterprise certified in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
